From Developer to Academic Publishing Specialist
I started my career as a full-stack web developer in 2015, building websites and web applications for businesses across India. In 2018, I joined IP Innovative Publication Pvt. Ltd., where I got my first deep exposure to academic journal publishing.
Over 9+ years there, I led the technical setup and management of 58+ academic journals — handling everything from OJS installations and custom website development to DOI registration, metadata compliance, and indexing preparation for Scopus, DOAJ, and Web of Science.
That experience taught me that most journals fail at indexing not because of poor research, but because of technical and compliance gaps — broken metadata, improper editorial policies, poor website structure, and lack of standards awareness.
Today, through OJS Academy, I offer these same services independently to universities, research institutions, societies, and independent scholars worldwide. My approach focuses on ethical publishing practices and long-term indexing readiness — no shortcuts, no false promises.
